Sonakshi Sinha says NO to Politics

8^th December, 2014: Actress Sonakshi Sinha says she likes conversing politics with her actor-politician father Shatrughan Sinha but has no bent on of trying her stroke of luck in it.

The 27-year-old Rowdy Rathore star said politics is not her cup of tea and she would like to ponder on films only.

"I will never join politics. There is no possibility for me to join politics. I am a creative person and I always want to do something creative in my life," Sonakshi told PTI.

The Action Jackson actress, however, said off late she has started taking interest in political affairs.

"My interest started after Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government came at the centre. I often talk to my father about this because everyone wants to know what our PM and government are doing and I also have interest in this," she said.

Shatrughan is the sitting MP from Patna Saheb. His daughter was here to attend the inaugural event of Kabaddi World Cup. She even owns a Kabaddi team United Singhs in the World Kabaddi League.

Sonakshi will be next seen in Arjun Kapoor-starrer Tevar, which is scheduled for release on January 9, 2015.

Another Ticket to Hollywood for Irrfan Khan

Mumbai, March, 2014: It is highly expected that Bollywood’s impeccable actor Irrfan Khan will be starring in Hollywood’s next famous movie Jurassic Park 4. The movie is based on dinosaurs and it is going to be directed by renowned Hollywood filmmaker Steven Spielberg.

Apart from Irrfan Khan, there will be other well-known actors who will be working in this movie along with him. Irrfan earlier worked in other Holly films like Life of Pi, The Amazing Spiderman and Slumdog Millionairre and earned huge applauses from the global audience.

Consequently, Steven Spielberg made Jurassic Park in 1993 and correspondingly in 1997 & 2003 the other parts were released. And now he is coming up with the next season of Jurassic Park i.e. Jurassic Park 4 on 12^th June, 2015.   

No ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’

Mumbai, March, 2014: It is being strongly forecasted that the most trending comedy reality show of Colors TV channel, Comedy Nights with Kapil will be run without Kapil Sharma sooner. Kapil Sharma is the host and originator of this reality show and many of the budding comic artists are getting this prominent platform to prove the masses their hilarious skills and dynamic onscreen presence. Kapil is supposed to be the heartthrob of millions of people across the nation and it is undoubtedly gloomy news that he is no more going to host this tremendous show.

There has to be more focus to his new career in films as revealed by him and thus not able to devote ample time to his TV show.

It is also known to many people that he got the offer from Yash Raj Films for the casting in three movies which made him busier & busier and is unable to come to the sets of Comedy Nights with Kapil accordingly. Recently, he started working for his upcoming movie titled as “Bank Chor”.

East India Contestants Woo’s Boogie Woogie Kids Championship

Kolkata, December 28, 2013: An Indian TV dance show that telecasts on Sony Entertainment Television. The show made its inception on 1997 and gracefully hosted by Indian film & TV figures namely Javed Jaffrey, Ravi Behl and Naved Jaffrey. Also they are the producers & mentors of the show respectively. It is shot in Mehta Industrial Estate in Andheri, Mumbai. It is one of the oldest dance reality shows on Indian TV and it has become the longest show in India.

The popularity of the dance show has led to the creation of special championship shows, such as kids' championships, teen championships and celebrity championships, in which various Indian celebrities, such as Mithun Chakraborty, Juhi Chawla, Esha Deol, Dia Mirza, Govinda, Vivek Oberoi and Ritesh Deshmukh have participated.

This year it has again came up with a news season which is Boogie Woogie Kids Championship. One of the most appealing facts of this season is that out of 14 finalists in the championship, 7 among them are from East India which is splendidly amazing. On this day of 28^th December, 2013 in Kolkata, those 7 finalists are being encountered with the media and expressed their zeal towards the contest and also love for the dance along with the experiences.

The listings of contestants are viz. Urgen Tenzing Lama, Abhishek Sinha, Smrity Panda, Bebechana Gurung, Ayush Singh, Priyanka Tapadar and Chirasmita Rout. Among these 7 budding stars, Urgen Tenzing Lama is startling and he is only 10 years old from Darjeeling who specialises in Contemporary and Lyrical Hip-Hop dance styles. Even in one of the episodes in this season of Boogie Woogie, actor Shahid Kapoor couldn’t able to stop himself from dancing along with Urgen as he proved to be a spectacular performer.

When these stars have been asked that how the experience is this TV show, then they responded like the known celebrities do. The hosts Javed Jaffrey, Ravi Behl and Naved Jaffrey are not actually like judges however like the good friends, the mentors and the motivators. This year Ms Ambalika has been crowned as the winner from Ashutosh College (Kolkata) and Ms Pratyusha & Ms Priyanka Jaiswal as the 1^st Runner up and 2^nd Runner up respectively. The genre of the pageant was designed in such a way that they had to present themselves in front of the jury in gowns in the introductory round, sarees in the 2^nd and westerns in the final round.

Incidentally, Ms Reshmi won the title of Miss Divine (Intelligence & Wisdom) in Queen of Bengal, 2013. Hence this proved that this competition is blended with various skills. Multi-layered Character by Madhuri Dixit in her Upcoming Movie

Mumbai: Madhuri Dixit in her upcoming movie ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ is a dazzling as well as a gutsy woman playing the role of Begum Para. Madhuri expressed that she is absolutely overwhelmed with the various facets of it and extremely excited about the fact. This is her first full-fledged role in six years post the box office damp squib ‘Aaja Nachle’.

"The best thing I liked about the role is that Begum Para is a multi-layered character," Madhuri said in a press meet.

She also added that what kind of a woman Begum Para is, actually revealed at the end of the movie.

A sequel to the 2010 hit ‘Ishqiya’, which starred Vidya Balan, Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi, ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ sees Naseer and Arshad reprising their respective roles.

Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, who had helmed the original, ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ is a romantic saga of individuals who are caught amidst love, compassion and deceit. The actress says the film has an entertainment quotient and hopes the audience enjoys watching the film as much as she did while shooting for it.

The new face of B-Town Huma Qureshi is also featuring in ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ and the viewers have to wait for this amazing sequel till January 10, 2014. "As a film, as a product I would say the film is very entertaining. There is not even a single point in the film where the rhythm is missing and very firmly interlaced characters," the film director said.

The team of ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ are enormously thrilled for it to hit the theatres and its responses from the audiences.
